  • Dry red chili – 1

Step-by-Step Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped radish and fry until the raw smell disappears.
  2. Add onion, tomato, green chilies, and garlic. Sauté for 3–4 minutes until soft.
  3. Add tamarind and switch off the flame. Let the mixture cool.
  4. Grind everything into a smooth paste with salt.
  5. In another small pan, prepare the tempering – heat oil, add mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves, and dry red chili.
  6. Pour this tempering over the chutney and mix well.
